Technology: Wikispace Page/Internet Math Game
Sample Student Answers: Q1: What strategies did you use to get answers? Answers: Multiplied/counted/putting boxes in pictures/added Q2/Q3: Students used unifix cubes to measure green paper and found the area of 5 things around classroom. Q4: Describe your level of engagement and give reasons. Answers: Engaged-because I liked it. Engaged-I enjoyed it, learned something new, did it because I wanted to. Engaged-I enjoyed activity!

Recent update:
I did do another project recently with my students this year. We created webbees in a word document which they had to drop pictures, resize, write about them using a template. When they were done, they had to do grammatical checks and spell checks using dictionaries. Then they had to save them to iphoto and share them with idvd. They designed there idvd, added music, set times, and burned their own dvd's for the parents Christmas presents. It was a wonderful experience for them. They all really enjoyed it. I taught them the concepts and the skills on an projector and then they had to apply what they learned in order to create the final product.
